Our teams leasing experience includes transactions with the smallest ‘mom and pop’ operation to some of the largest corporations. We are very hands-on and manage every aspect of the leasing process and negotiation. Our team is experienced and knowledgeable about critical lease provisions that may have large impacts on our client’s assets both financially and operationally. We understand the balance between market conditions, tenant and asset strength and desirability, and our clients overall strategy and these factors guide our lease negotiations.
