Spencer has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience and focuses on operations and asset management.
His real estate career began on the engineering and operational side of the business which eventually had him in the position as Chief Engineer overseeing multiple properties and numerous on-site personnel. His career then led him to oversee the ground up construction of his employer’s corporate headquarters with a special focus on their Network Operations Center, redundant infrastructure and 24 hour operations. Spencer moved on to the asset management side of the business where he oversees a wide range of properties including High Street Retail, Class A and Trophy Class Office as well as numerous retail and multi-family projects in all regions of the United States. He is proficient in his knowledge of leasing, financial oversight and asset dispositions.
Spencer’s unique combination of operational, construction and asset management knowledge allows him to offer client’s a unique perspective for improving their asset performance and operations. One of Spencer’s strengths is advising clients on how to balance the initial project cost against future benefits and enhanced building value achieved through lower operating expenses and higher tenant satisfaction.
Prior to forming Greenstone Realty Advisors, Spencer was a Senior Vice President with HQ Real Estate in the Asset Management division.
Spencer holds a BA degree from Muhlenberg College in Political Science.
Jodi Kinney
CFO and Principal

Before joining Greenstone, Jodi spent ten years as the Director of Asset Management Accounting for HQ Capital (formerly Real Estate Capital Partners). She was a department head responsible for financial management and reporting for a $7 billion real estate portfolio and oversaw all accounting, budgeting, and reporting requirements, primarily for off-shore clients. In addition, she was instrumental in several IT integrations for client data transmission.
Prior to her work with HQ Capital, Jodi worked for The Centennial Companies, Inc for 15 years in several roles including Controller and head of the property management accounting department. During her tenure she was responsible for all facets of property contract management, oversight and work paper preparation for over fifty real estate partnerships and was the owner legal representative on behalf of lease related disputes.
Mrs. Kinney graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia in 1991 and successfully passed the CPA examination in 1998.
In addition to her duties at Greenstone she has been appointed to the Loudoun County Community Services Board where she is the Finance Committee Chairperson and member of the Executive Committee. She is also actively involved with the Loudoun County chapter of the Special Olympics.

Reneé Servinsky

With a unique mix of marketing, client management, and sales experience, Renee understands the importance of delivering results. She began her career at Marriott International where she spent over six years developing skills in business development, sales, and global account management.
After moving abroad to the Philippines for nearly a year, she came back ready to take on a new challenge. Renee joined Hinge, a professional services marketing agency where she worked on a variety of online and offline marketing tactics for both Hinge and clients. Her roles included developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing key marketing metrics in Google Analytics, managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+) and increasing the online presence of organizations by distributing their content across a variety of publications.
At Greenstone Realty Advisors LLC, she now oversees all online and offline marketing efforts.
Andre Kinney
President and Principal

Andre is a creative commercial real estate professional with 29 years’ experience in all facets of real estate. At Greenstone he provides high level real estate analysis and strategies for clients and generally overseas operations of the firm. Given Greenstone’s emphasis on client service, building collaborative working relationships and taking the time to understand and help develop client investment goals is a primary focus. His experience with domestic and foreign institutional and high net worth investors combined with a diverse real estate background provides clientele with insightful and practical solutions for their real estate needs.
Before leading the team at Greenstone, Andre was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Capital Partners. He was a member of the international real estate firm's three-person management committee responsible for formulating, directing and executing business plan.
Prior to his role as COO, Andre was the Managing Director of Asset Management for Real Estate Capital Partners. There, he directed and manage 20-person team responsible for building and executing asset and property management activities for a $7 billion portfolio owned by both foreign and domestic institutions and high net worth clients (Deka, Commerz, IVG, BHF, SEB, URS)
Andre has an Executive MBA from George Mason University and a BS in Finance from George Mason University. He also currently serves as a board member and adjunct professor for the George Mason University Masters in Real Estate Development Program.
