​Greenstone Realty Advisors, as exclusive advisors to 360 Post Street LP,  is pleased to announce the sale of The Tiffany Building on Union Square in San Francisco.  The sellers, a European family, were very pleased with the result after holding the asset since the mid 1990's.  Kazuko Morgan, Seth Siegel and Ryan Venezia of Cushman and Wakefield represented Greenstone/360 Post Street LP during the sale.   


Principals of Greenstone have been responsible for the oversight of this asset for more than 18 years and worked to reposition it to it's current Class A condition.  This work included a full reconstructing of the office space, common areas and mechanical systems while the building was fully occupied and has resulted in some of the strongest office rents on Union Square.
